Making Progress, Slowly

Hi Diary,

I'm falling way behind on my goals.
I'm still staying up until 1 or 2 a.m., and I've only lost 1.3 kg so far. I haven't been studying vocabulary daily, nor have I been keeping up with exercise.

Looking back over this past month, it feels like I've only managed to accomplish two things. I cooked meals when my two kids were home, making sure they had plenty of vegetables and fruit, and I cut back on eating out—about 90% of my meals are homemade now. 

Sigh… My follow-through really needs work, doesn't it?
