Appreciate What You have, Live in the Moment

Hi Diary,

Tomorrow, my two boys will be wrapping up their summer break and getting ready for the new school term. Both of them are starting a new semester in college.

It feels like I might finally have the energy to focus on myself and start a new chapter in my life. During the summer, aside from work, I had to prepare their meals every day. It was exhausting, but I enjoyed every moment and cherished having them around.

Now that schoo is starting, they will be back at school, and I will have time for myself to do what I want.  But, at the same time, I will miss having them by my side.

Everything has two sides—nothing's perfect. Appreciating what I have in the present is probably the closest thing to perfect.
