Am I Twice the Size of Another Person?

Hi Diary,

We had a department lunch yesterday at a steakhouse near the office. You know how I've been trying to lose weight lately, and even though I've only dropped 0.5 kg, I'm pretty happy about it—at least I'm not gaining anymore!

But then we took a photo after lunch, and oh my gosh, I looked huge next to one of my male colleagues. I swear I was twice his size! Sure, he's always been on the slim side, but still—double?! I was so shocked.

​I can't believe I've let myself get like this. It's not just about watching what I eat anymore; I have to start exercising too. My goal? To lose 10 kg and get back to the old me by this winter!
